Grade 12

After finishing grade 12 pupils are aged 17. They have finished school and start entering professional and academic life. They should have more background knowledge. They should be able to format a text document properly, including footnotes, headers and footers. They should be able to find out about a topic by themselves by using reliable sources. They should be able to use the computer as a supporter for their future life.

This is what they should be able to do:

1. Use Powerpoint properly
2. Know about copy right issues on the internet
3. Know where to find reusable pictures
4. Being able to create websites with a website editor
5. Know reliable and specific resources
6. Basic office skills
7. Extensive text processing skills
8. Being able to decide whether information/ websites are reliable
9. Careful handling of private information
